DUNSナンバーをお持ちの方： ¥47,000（初期費用）
¥47,000 + ¥3,000 yen (¥50,000) without a DUNS number
DUNSナンバーをお持ちでない方： ¥50,000 （ ¥47,000（初期費用） + ¥3,000 （DUNSナンバー取得費用）
After receiving payment we will send your FDA number and FDA certificate by email
ご入金を確認後、メールにてFDAナンバーとFDA証明書をお送り致します。
Payment terms
お支払いについて
Only after receiving an email with process complete and payment link/invoice, is payment due. Payment is due within 14 days, failure to pay within 30 days incurs interest at 2% compound per week overdue.
お支払いは、お手続きの完了のお知らせとお支払い用リンク・請求書を記載したメールを受け取った後となります。お支払いは 30日以内に行って下さい。30日以内にお支払いの確認が取れない場合は、延滞週数ごとに 2% の複利利息 （APR）が発生します。
If you do not receive the payment link/invoice email or we can not obtain a FDA number, no payment is necessary.
お支払いリンク/請求書を記載したメールが届かない場合、または FDA 番号を取得できなかった場合は、お支払いの必要はありません。
Renewal
更新について
To keep your FDA number and FDA registration, renewal is required between October 1st and December 31st of even numbered years only. Renewal fee is ¥47,000 yen in all cases
FDAナンバーとFDA登録を維持するには、偶数年(2026年、2028年など)の10月1日から12月31日までの間に更新する必要があります。更新料はどの場合も¥47,000 です。
For example:
例：
A: Registration on an even numbered year (2,4,6,8, etc)
A:偶数年(2,4,6,8年など )にご登録の場合
If we register your company from January 1st to December 31st 2024, your FDA number and FDA registration will be updated between October 1 and ending on December 31 of 2026.
2024年1月1日から12月31日の間にご登録が完了された場合、取得されたFDAナンバーとFDA登録の更新期間は、2026年10月1日から12月31日となります。
B: Registration on an odd numbered year (1,3,5,7, etc)
B:奇数年(1,3,5,7年など)にご登録の場合
If we register your company from January 1st to December 31st 2021, your FDA number and FDA registration will be updated between October 1 and December 31 of 2022.
2021年1月1日から12月31日の間にご登録が完了された場合、取得されたFDAナンバーとFDA登録の更新期間は、2022年10月1日から12月31日となります。
* Please note by stopping your renewal payment your FDA number will no longer be valid *
更新料の支払いを停止すると、FDAナンバーは無効になりますのでご注意ください。
