支払いは、合意された条件に従い行われます。

お届けした商品が、お申込み商品と異なったり、汚損、破損などしていた場合は、お取り替えさせていただきます。商品到着から8日以内にご連絡ください。
交換対象の商品が在庫切れ場合、入荷までお待ちいただく場合もございます。ご了承ください。
なお、お客様による破損、紛失におきましては上記事項の対象外になります。
また、上記以外の返品は受け付けかねますのでご了承下さい。
海外からご購入の場合、お客様がその国のアルコール輸入に関する規則や規制を理解し、正しい手続きを行っていただく責任がございます。万が一、関税などの税金支払い拒否などによる輸入拒否での返品となった場合、返品費用はお客様負担の上、手数料として15,000円をご負担いただきます。

If the delivered product is different from the application product, or is damaged, this site has the option to (i) replace it or (ii) refund the cost of products. Please contact us within 8 days after the product arrives.
This site will bear the shipping cost for sending replacement products.
If the product to be exchanged is out of stock, you may have to wait until it becomes available. Please note.
In addition, damage or loss by the customer is not covered by the above items.
We cannot accept refunds/returns other than the above.

The entity that made payment is fully responsible for understanding their country rules and regulations for the import of alcohol and that they have the correct documentation, licences, legal status for the importation of alcohol.  The cost of return of goods/destruction of goods due to import refusal and/or refusal to pay tariffs/duties/taxes etc. are payable by the entity that paid the Invoice, in addition to a 15,000 yen handling fee.
